Amazon now lets you use a simple javascript to add what it calls an aStore on you website. Using this, you can shop on Amazon without ever leaving your site. A few lines of code, and soon you'll be rolling in the mad blog money, as any purchase made in the aStore gives you a cut of the sale.

Here's how you build it:

1. Become an Amazon.com Affiliate.

2. Put up a static page like the Google AdSense for Search page I showed a while back.

3. Build the aStore to your desiring, and get the code from your affiliate page.

4. Create a custom template like the one below. You'll have to adapt the code to fit your site, as mine's built for the K2 template in WordPress, but putting up a page with nothing will work out as well.

It'll give you a new template for the page, and after you save the change to the page, your aStore should work. You can see my evil at work at The MacStansbury.com aStore. I had to add some goofiness to the code because of how the aStore code is hard-coded to be 800 pixels wide, and K2 is 780 pixels wide. Thus, my hackery. Your milage may vary.

Now sit back and wait for the piles of cash to flow in.
