Footnotes and plugins

This is a sentence with a footnote.¹ Markdown preprocessors will atempt to render it correctly, so you don‘t need plugins to do this.

Since this site is buiily with Astro and has many Markdown components checking and double checking the output, most plugins are redundant. Heck, pretty soon humans will be redundant. Then BOOOOM!!!

But at least my text will render correctly with footnotes formatted correctly.
