I don't mean just because I'm trying to cloak my actions from Karl and his cabal. It's the screen you see when the server is still working, but WordPress can't connect to the database, possibly because the database server is down, you have something mis-configured, or you're about to be attacked by aliens and harvested for food. If you're using WordPress, and you want to customize this page, look in the wp-includes folder in your WordPress directory, and this page is set in the wp-db.php file. You can edit it to your heart's desire, or possibly put in something useful, like telling your site visitors that the site will be back up soon, or that they should get ready for the waves of zombies. You know, the usual stuff that happens when the blogs go down.
